The Belt Lady Huskies will host White Sulphur Springs Hornets tonight, 1/21/25, for basketball games. The JV girls will tip-off at 4:30 and the varsity will play at 6:00pm. Go Huskies!
The high school basketball games tonight, 1/17/25, in Belt vs DGSG are still on. Game times are as follows: GJV 3:00/BJV 4:30/GV 6:00/BV 7:30. The boys' and girls' varsity games will be broadcast on KMON Radio: 560 am, KMON app and on the station's website. All four games will broadcast on the NFHS Network. Please drive safe and stay warm!
The Belt Public School Science Fair will take place Monday and Tuesday, January 20-21. There will be a public viewing time available on Monday, from 3:30pm-6:00pm in the multipurpose gymnasium, for anyone interested in viewing the student projects. Please use the entrance near the multipurpose gym.
Middle school basketball practice will begin next week. The boys will begin practice on Tuesday, January 21st, and will practice Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00am-7:30am. The girls will begin on Wednesday, January 22nd, and will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00am-7:30am.
Belt School will be open tomorrow, 1/13/25, for those that can make it. There will be no bus routes ran in the AM or PM. Drive safe!

Congrats to the Huskies as they kicked off their basketball seasons with wins last night versus Cut Bank in Shelby at the Coyote Classic. They will play again in Shelby on Saturday versus Chinook with game times as follows: BV 3:00pm, GV 4:30pm, BJV 6:00pm, and GJV 7:30pm.
Northwestern Energy is advising customers of a planned electrical outage scheduled for December 6 starting at 12:00am and expected to last five hours. The outage will impact the community of Belt and the rural areas around Belt. This should not have any impact on the school day.
The Belt School District has an opening for Assistant Cook. The assistant cook reports to the Head Cook. The position assists in the preparation and serving of all food in the cafeteria, assists in cleaning the kitchen and cafeteria, and must be able to follow all food safety procedures.
